SUMMARY:
System: Resolve CMC503/SFC Web issues, manage Work Order modifications, and validate NG/Rework flowcharts through cross-functional collaboration.

Lean & Standardization: Conduct time studies for UPH/UPF metrics, perform “Gemba” walks, and create visual SOPs to align with Lean/5S principles.
Facility & Layout Design: Design optimal plant layouts, material handling systems, and warehouse spaces using AutoCAD/DraftSight; conduct cost-benefit analyses (ROI) for layout changes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Resolve CMC503-related issues, including error message troubleshooting, system flow modifications, and new routing setup.
•Coordinate SFC (MISP) Web issues by aligning changes between the Production and IT teams.

•Develop system flowcharts and created comprehensive process improvement plans.
•Manage major system changes, including Work Order (WO) modifications and product switchovers.
•Verify NG (No Good), Repair, Re-print and Rework flowcharts, and validated the processes with cross-functional teams.
•Conduct Virtual Trial Runs prior to the launch of new production.
•Collaborate with the China team to align on system logic
•Design SFC (MISP) Web Report Logic with cross-functional teams.
•Modify, create and revise the SOP according to the standard process on Windchill
•Obtain all cycle time calculations and UPH (Units Per Hour) data for each machines for each product
•Conduct time study method in order to get UPF for each machine
•Conduct “Gemba” walks to verify that written SOPs match actual operator practices (Standard Work).
•Create visual SOPs (photos, videos, flowcharts) to replace the text document
•Design NG (No Good), Repair, Re-print and Rework flowcharts, and validated the processes with cross-functional teams.
•Layout Design, Space Utilization, and Space Planning for Warehouse, office, production and non-production line.
•Design and implement optimal plant layouts (Product, Process, workflow) based on production volume and product mix.
•Develop 2D layout drawings using AutoCAD, DraftSight, or equivalent software.
•Design material handling systems (conveyors, AGVs, forklift routes, racks charging area) to support efficient flow.
•Optimize dock and warehouse layouts for receiving and shipping efficiency.
•Identify bottlenecks and redesign layouts to relieve constraints
•Prepare cost-benefit analyses for layout changes and new equipment purchases (e.g., ROI and Payback Period).
•Ensure layouts comply with OSHA & Fire Marshall local safety regulations (aisle widths, fire exits, emergency equipment).
•Implement 5S as the Foundation of Lean Manufacturing.
•Coordinate machine relocation and line changeovers with minimal production downtime.

PREFERRED EDUCATION: 
•Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field required.

WORK EXPERIENCE (Years of experience in the industry and functional area): 
•3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, manufacturing, or production system optimization.
