Monitoring the achievement of daily production targets, Yield, and other production KPI targets, handling production abnormal and reporting them timely, and completing tasks assigned by supervisors.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Participate in the daily production class routine morning meeting.
2. Daily production targets, process defect control, ensure the KPIs of the team are implemented.
3. Handling and reporting of production abnormalities.
4. Daily inspection and confirmation of key position equipment and tools.
5. Management of 8S on-site.
6. Lead the production meetings of the team and communication and coordination between teams.
7. Tracking of daily work order closure.
8. Collection, analysis, and feedback of relevant management report data.
9. Convey and execute relevant administrative orders of the company.
10. Training for new employees before they start their positions.
11. Formulation and execution of weekly work plans.
12. Asset management, regularly arrange to conduct inventory checks to ensure consistency between records and physical assets.
13. Supervise cadres to provide three-level safety education and training for new employees, pre-position safety training.
14. Daily line patrol and 5S issue follow-up improvements.
15. Other matters assigned by superiors.

- Successful completion of 4-years of high school, or equivalent, plus completion of two years of college or graduation from a two-year technical college with an associate’s degree. Degree required: Diploma
