Purpose of the position
Be responsible for make electronic products SMT or assembly production planning and shipping plan, coordinating cross-departmental resources (HC arrangement/line readiness/material supply), ensuring on-time delivery and improving production capacity efficiency. Assess supply & shipping risks based on demand and relevant production & delivery resource factors, ensuring on-time to finish the delivery. Familiarity with ERP systems, import and export process,data analysis capabilities for supply balance, and strong execution skills are necessary to drive efficient collaboration between the manufacturing end and the supply chain. Have a cost awareness, capable of balancing production supply and inventory cost targets.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor the production progress of key processes such as mobile phone mainboard and assembly, and adjust the schedule in real time to handle urgent orders or abnormal fluctuations.
- Monitor the delivery process, import/export matters, and adjust the schedule in real time to handle urgent orders or abnormal fluctuations, achieve shipping goals.
- Lead production meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts, and promote priority adjustments.
- Drive the optimization of ERP/MRP system (such as SAP) scheduling modules to enhance automated scheduling efficiency.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in International Trade, Business Administration, Economics.
2. 3years of work experience in the electronics industry.
Working conditions
Skills: be familiar with SAP/ERP system, a master of using excel and PPT office software.
Fluent in English. Proficiency in Spanish or Vietnamese is preferred.
