Monitoring the achievement of daily production targets, Yield, and other production KPI targets, handling production abnormal and reporting them timely, and completing tasks assigned by supervisors.
Duties and Responsibilities1. Draft, revise, and oversee the implementation of relevant regulations and work standards within the jurisdiction
2. Monitor the entire production process in real-time, formulate, and oversee the implementation of measures to address significant quality issues.
3. Analyze and statistically assess daily production situations in the workshop, identify areas for improvement, and enhance production efficiency.
4. Implement apple tree management, continuously drive quality improvements, and ensure order closure.
5. Analyze and statistically assess cost consumption in the workshop, draft and implement feasible cost control measures.
6. Implement the in-class KPI assessment mechanism and annual, monthly training and evaluation plans.
7. Promptly address and follow up on production anomalies, provide feedback, and correct errors in a timely manner.
8. Implement safety production, on-site management, and labor protection special work within the jurisdiction.
9. Conduct regular inventory checks of assets within the jurisdiction, ensuring consistency between accounts.
10. Handle other matters assigned by senior management.

- Successful completion of 4-years of high school, or equivalent, plus completion of two years of college or graduation from a two-year technical college with an associate’s degree. Degree required: Diploma
