To ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers by effectively planning, coordinating, and executing shipment activities.
This role serves as a key liaison between production, warehouse, logistics, and customers to align shipment schedules, optimize transportation efficiency, and resolve delivery-related issues, ensuring high service levels and customer satisfaction.

This role serves as a key liaison between production, warehouse, logistics, and customers to align shipment schedules, optimize transportation efficiency, and resolve delivery-related issues, ensuring high service levels and customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly shipment schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and commit dates.
- Coordinate with production, PMC, and warehouse teams to ensure shipment readiness and on-time dispatch.
- Monitor order status and prioritize urgent or high-impact shipments based on business needs.
- Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of shipping documents (e.g., invoice, packing list, shipping labels).
- Collaborate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and carriers to arrange transportation and optimize delivery routes.
- Track shipment status and proactively communicate updates, risks, or delays to internal teams and customers.
- Work closely with customs teams to ensure smooth import/export clearance and regulatory compliance.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve shipment-related issues such as delays, shortages, or damages.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and generate reports.
Education and work experience
- Degree required: bachelor’s degree or above
- Experience in logistics within the electronics manufacturing industry is preferred.
